What We Do

Four disciplines.
One standard.

Boston's housing stock is older than most of the country. We plan around that instead of pretending it isn't there.

01

Emergency & Burst Pipe

Frozen line, burst supply, or an active leak. Dispatch is 24 hours a day and the truck carries the parts to finish the job on the first visit.

02

Whole-Home Repiping

Galvanized and failing copper replaced with PEX-A or type L copper, routed to open as little plaster as possible. We patch and paint what we open.

03

Water Heaters & Tankless

Tank replacement, high-efficiency tankless conversions, and recirculation loops sized to the house rather than the catalog.

04

Drain & Sewer

Camera inspection, hydro-jetting, and trenchless lateral replacement for the clay and cast iron under most of this city.

How We Work

Four steps.
No mess left behind.

  1. I

    Dispatch

You get a real person, not a call center. We give you a two-hour window and a text when the tech leaves the shop.

  2. II

    Diagnosis

Camera, moisture meter, and pressure test before a single quote. You see what we see before you approve anything.

  3. III

    Repair

Flat-rate pricing agreed in writing first. Drop cloths, shoe covers, and a shop vac on every job regardless of size.

  4. IV

    Assurance

Photo documentation of the finished work, a written parts and labor warranty, and a follow-up call after the first week.

Selected Work

Recent installations.

Why Copperline

The standard, quietly held.

01

We work clean in finished homes.

Drop cloths, shoe covers, and containment before the first fitting comes off the truck. Your plaster and your floors are part of the job.

02

The price is the price.

Flat-rate quoted in writing before work starts. If the job takes longer than we estimated, that's our problem, not your invoice.

03

A real person answers at 3 AM.

Emergency calls route to a technician on the road, not an answering service that takes a message until Monday.

What the neighbors say.

Our supply line let go at midnight in a hundred-year-old two-family. Copperline had a tech there in forty minutes and the water back on before we left for work.

Verified Google Review · Emergency Repair · 2025

They repiped our entire Back Bay unit and opened four small squares of plaster to do it. Then they patched and painted them. You cannot tell where they went in.

Verified Google Review · Whole-Home Repipe · 2024

Quoted flat, finished a day early, and the invoice matched the quote to the dollar. That should be normal. It is not.
